Ceramic X-ray Tube for Portable X-ray
There are there types of X-ray tubes according to the housing materials: Glass Tube, Ceramic Tube and Metal-Ceramic Tube. The X-ray tube is a vacuum diode that operates at high voltages, it contains two electrodes, the filament is the cathode of the tube which is to emit electron; the other one is anode which to accept the electron as the target. Both electrodes are sealed in a high vacuum glass or ceramic enclosure.
